Anime Zero Best Builds
Published · Updated
Anime Zero builds work best when the weapon, trait, and accessory solve the same problem. A farming setup should improve loot and resource gain. A Raid setup should favor safety and reliable uptime. A general Story or Endless setup can prioritize damage and cooldowns. The recommendations below are based on Beebom's October 2026 community rankings.
General damage build
This is the strongest default for Story, Endless, and normal dungeon progression.
| Slot | Priority options | Why it works |
|---|---|---|
| Weapon | Cataclysm, Cursed King | Both are S Tier. Cataclysm has fast attacks and short cooldowns; Cursed King adds fire attacks, domain control, and i-frames. |
| Trait | Deadeye, Supernova, Ferocity, Sniper | These S Tier traits improve damage, critical hits, cooldowns, or attack speed. |
| Accessory | Blast Archer Wings, Blast Archer Crown | Wings balance damage and Drop Rate; Crown provides more raw damage plus cooldown reduction and health. |
Use Cataclysm when you can dodge reliably and want faster clears. Use Cursed King when you want more protection during dangerous fights. Both can remain useful after Evolution, especially because Evolution unlocks the weapon's ultimate.
Raid and boss-safety build
Raids reward weapons and setups that keep you alive long enough to use every cooldown. Beebom specifically highlights Cursed King's reliable i-frames as a reason it is strong for Raids. Its large fire attacks and domain control give you damage while creating safer windows.
A safer setup looks like this:
- Weapon: Cursed King for i-frames, area pressure, and Raid safety.
- Trait: Supernova or Ferocity for balanced damage, attack speed, and cooldown reduction. Deadeye is stronger on paper but requires more consistent critical hits.
- Accessory: Blast Archer Crown if you need damage and health; Blast Archer Wings if you still need progress toward other materials.
The source does not provide a Raid-specific health threshold or party recipe, so adjust based on the Raid boss you can actually clear.
Farming and progression build
When your goal is Evolution materials, Coins, Gems, or rerolls, switch from pure damage to resource gain.
| Slot | Farming priority | Source-backed reason |
|---|---|---|
| Weapon | A comfortable Story or Endless clear | You need repeatable runs; Cataclysm's speed is useful if you can stay safe. |
| Trait | Fortune | Fortune gives +25% Coins, +20% EXP, and +20% Drop Rate, the best farming package in the ranking. |
| Accessory | Blast Archer Wings, then Flame Pirate Hat | Wings mix damage with 10% Drop Rate; Flame Pirate Hat is a B Tier farming option if Wings are unavailable. |
After you have the materials you need, switch back to a damage trait and a combat accessory. Fortune is excellent for farming but not the best choice for difficult boss fights.
Evolution build priority
Evolution unlocks a weapon's ultimate and completes its four-skill moveset. Instead of upgrading several weapons slowly, pick one main weapon and take it through Evolution.
- Open Areas and go to the Evolution area.
- Select the weapon you intend to main.
- Read every requirement in the Evolution menu.
- Check the queue screen to identify the mode or act that drops the material.
- Farm Story or Infinite Mode only after you know the target material.
- Return to the Evolution NPC and select Evolve Character.
Per-weapon material quantities are not listed in the cited source, so check your Evolution menu for exact amounts.
Priority cheat sheet
- Best overall start: Cataclysm + Deadeye or Supernova + Blast Archer Wings.
- Best pure damage: Cursed King or Cataclysm + Deadeye + Blast Archer Crown.
- Best Raid safety: Cursed King + Supernova or Ferocity + Blast Archer Crown.
- Best farming: Comfortable Story weapon + Fortune + Blast Archer Wings.
- Best long-term value: Evolve one main weapon before investing across many weapons.
Rankings are community-created and version-dependent. Re-check the tier list after a balance patch or new Evolution requirement is added.
